Rule
5.12
Two representatives from each club only will be allowed
at league meetings. A club failing to be represented at a meeting
shall be fined £5.00 if they tendered their apologies. £10.00 if
apologies are not received in writing within 7 days of a league meeting
and £15.00 if no apologies have been received. Failure to attend
on three consecutive occasions without satisfactory reason being given
shall be further dealt with at the discretion of the Management
Committee.
Clubs confirming non-attendance PRIOR to the
league meeting may do so by telephone or email (but must be followed up
in writing)
Clubs sending in explanation for non-attendance in
writing MUST do so by post. Emails will be accepted AS
LONG AS A LETTER IS ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL ON CLUB LETTER HEADED PAPER.
The email on it's own is not acceptable.
