Completed registration cards must be sent to the relevant Age Group Registrar, 14 days before the start of the season for registration in time for the start of the season.
 

All completed registration cards MUST be signed by the Club Secretary and MUST be returned to the Club Secretary.
 

Please make sure you enclose a stamped address return envelope with the correct postage for cards to be returned without delay.
 

Any cards sent without a return envelope or an envelope with the incorrect postage will incur an administration cost of £2.50 to cover the cost of postage.
 

Any cards sent with insufficient postage on will incur a fine.  Please check at post office before sending.
